“I booked the Saturday safari and was later told that the Okapuka safari wasn’t possible due to rain. Instead, I was sent to a cheaper farm – still paying the full price. I know Okapuka is more expensive and fully booked, so it felt like an excuse rather than the truth. The driver was late, had no phone credit, and couldn’t find my location. We then drove in the wrong direction for a long time. When we finally arrived, my original group had already left. It started raining, and when we did the safari, we barely saw any animals.
